The foundation of this successful corporate conglomerate was laid in the name of C. Patel & Co. in the business of construction. The company came out with a public issue in Sep.`95 to strengthen the capital base and to fund construction activities for residential and commercial complexes and to broad-base the equity. Further, it diversified into bio-technological activities to implement the above said Project. It acquired 100% stake of M/s Patel Agro Farm Pvt Ltd. It has a niche in various aspects like Design, Sustainability & Customer Satisfaction. The Group is currently developing an estimated 400,000 million sq. ft. of prime real estate development and has 3 ongoing projects across Ahmedabad. Pioneering new trends in the market, the Group introduced varied forms of projects for all consumers.
