The Company came up with IPO by allotting 41,40,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised funds of Rs 28.56 crore, which comprised a fresh issue of 33,40,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 23.04 crore and the offer for sale of 8,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 5.52 crore on July 29, 2026.
