Subsequently the company was converted into Public Limited Company, pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on January 23, 2017, and the name of the company was changed to `Vardhaman Technology Limited`, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 15, 2017, consequent upon conversion from Private Company to Public Company, issued by Registrar of Companies. Further, the name of the company was changed to `Panache Digilife Limited` and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 22, 2017, pursuant to change of name, issued by Registrar of Companies. The company came into existence, with a goal to become a market leader in `White Box` segment (unbranded - assembled/ customized based computer systems) by maintaining low cost of production.
