Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited was originally incorporated as `Nityas Gems and Jewellery Private Limited`, a private limited company under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, dated April 26, 2022, with the Central Registration Centre. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to "Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited" dated July 2, 2025, issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery in India, operating through B2B manufacturing and distribution to organized retailers, standalone retailers and wholesalers, to support their stocks and design requirements; and D2C omnichannel retail operations through its subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited. The manufacturing operations are located in Surat, Gujarat, at a facility having an area of approximately 7,000 sq. ft. and an installed production capacity of approximately 360 kg of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery per annum, supporting the B2B and D2C operations. Product portfolio includes rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, mangalsutras, nose pins, necklaces and bangles. The Company commenced business operations from July, 2022 onwards as a B2B manufacturer and supplier of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery to retailers. The Company incorporated a subsidiary under the name Ratna LGD Private Limited in FY24. In July 2025, it has expanded the business through the acquisition of Ayaani Diamonds & Jewellery, a D2C lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery brand with a digital presence. The Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI & is planning to launch the IPO comprising a fresh issue of 14,456,000 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each.
