Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to `Nanta Tech Limited` dated July 26, 2024 through a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the RoC, Ahmedabad.
The Company has taken over the business of Sole Proprietorship Firm i.e., M/s. MNT Technologies of the Promoter Mansiben M. Jani, as per the Business Takeover Agreement dated February 20, 2024.
