Mena Mani Industries Limited was initially incorporated as `Enrich Industries Limited` in July, 1992. The Company name was changed from Enrich Industries Limited to Anar Industries Limited on June 4, 2012 and again was changed from Anar Industries Limited to Mena Mani Industries Limited with effect from May 31, 2018. Company is an integrated entity and operates in trading of Biofuel and carry out construction, and other information technological activities. Promoted by Jayesh R Mor, Company pioneered in the import of biodiesel in India.
It came out with a public issue of 42 lac equity shares of Rs 10 each at par, aggregating Rs 4.2 cr, to part-finance the project under implementation for offering financial services, hire purchase, leasing and related areas. The company proposes to expand its activities and provide other financial services like corporate finance. In 1998-99, the company diversified into Trading / Exports of various items where there is reasonable profit margin.
Over a span of time in year 2009-10, the entire business of Internet Provider as well as Software Business of Anar Softcom Pvt. Ltd., got merged with the Company as a going concern basis effective from 31.01.2009.
During period 2017-18, the new object clause was added to the Memorandum of Association of the Company by passing of resolution through Postal Ballot. The Company had obtained the approval from the Shareholders for insertion of new object clause of oil & gas exploration and to deal in all sorts bio fuel, bio oil, crude, and refine petroleum oils, refined bio oil, refined bio fuel, natural gases, oleaginous and saponaceous substances, their products, by-products and other oil field services in the main object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company on 10th July, 2017.
