The Company launched the IPO of 26,58,000 equity shares by raising Rs 9.57 crores on December 29, 2023. On 28th March 2024, the Company set up a New Delivery Centre at Tumkur, Karnataka. In 2025, Company launched AINA, a vernacular AI services division to integrate AI technologies across the customer experience (CX) and BPO platforms.
