The company was incorporated in Mumbai as `Focus Lightning and Fixtures Private Limited`, under the provisions of the companies Act1956, vide certificate of incorporation dated August 11, 2005, was issued by the Registrar of companies. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to Focus Lightning and Fixtures Limited pursuant to conversion into a public company vides shareholder`s approval on October 12, 2016 and fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 22, 2017. The business of the company is to provide a wide range of products which includes recessed adjustable spotlights, recessed down lights, surface-mounted spot lights, surface-mounted / suspended down lights, system based spotlights/ wall washer, track-mounted spotlights etc. and also the company has initiated the process of establishing its own manufacturing unit at Bhiwandi, Mumbai due to growing demand of its products.
