The Company`s integrated service structure enable it to support clients across multiple components of corporate programs, including event planning, travel coordination, accommodation arrangements and on-site event execution. Company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI & is planning the issuance of 32,30,400 equity shares of Rs 10 each through IPO.
