Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of "DAPS Advertising Limited" and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Company was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on September 20, 2018. The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer by issuing 17,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, by raising money aggregating to Rs 5.1 Cr. in November, 2022. Led by the Promoters, Mr. Akhilesh Chaturvedi, Mr. Dharmesh Chaturvedi and Mr. Paresh Chaturvedi, Company is a leading agency specializing in crafting innovative and effective advertising solutions. Their expertise encompasses Display ads, creative ads, recruitment ads, and tender ads; Comprehensive corporate services and product presentations. It excel in creating impactful campaigns across print media, outdoor media, and electronic media. Company empaneled with DAVP (Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity) as multimedia agency, by the opening of new avenues to collaborated with the Central and State Governments and various government bodies in FY25. It ventured into producing advertisement films and promotional content for major clients.
