Bohra Industries Limited was originally incorporated at Udaipur, in Rajasthan as "Aminag Minchem Private Limited", a Private Limited Company, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 28, 1996, issued by the Registrar of Companies. The Company name was changed to "Bohra Industries Private Limited" dated March 17, 1999, issued by the Registrar of Companies. Then, the status converted into a Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed to "Bhora Industries Limited" dated March 22, 1999. The Company started production in 2000 with first fully computerized plant to manufacture SSP and GSSP fertilizer in India, by bringing the manufacturing process of SSP fertilizer at par with some of the most modern fertilizer plants of India. At present, the Company is engaged in the manufacture, processing and trading of fertilizers, agro-chemicals and industrial chemicals including Single Super Phospate (SSP) & Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP). It also undertakes trading, import and export of minerals, ores, metals, industrial materials and related products. Its objects include engineering, procurement, construction and consultancy services for industrial and infrastructure projects. The Company undertake activities in the power and renewable energy sector, including wind, solar and captive power projects. Overall, the Company has a diversified business profile spanning fertilizers, chemicals, industrial materials, engineering and energy-related activities. The Company expanded the capacity of Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP) from 200 TPD to 300 TPD in 2016-17. Till August 2019, manufacturing facilities were fully automated and PLC controlled. The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer of 45,72,000 Equity Shares on 27 March 2017, by raising funds aggregating to Rs 25.15 Crore through fresh issue. The Company has altered the Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association to enable expansion and diversification into fertilizers, agro-chemicals, pesticides, petrochemicals, industrial chemicals and turnkey/EPC projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, construction, energy, water and waste management, in India and abroad dated April 27, 2026.
