Company has employed a system for agricultural data collection, primarily relying on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) or drones with hyperspectral and other imaging equipment. Company uses Pravir X4 for crop monitoring services. This drone is designed to fly over agricultural fields, capturing detailed imagery across a wide spectrum of light. Apart from this, Company also sells agri-inputs directly to the farmers by recommendations generated from its drone-based crop monitoring services. Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) technology and other imaging techniques on the drone/UAV platform supports Decision Support System (DSS), which generates advisories, guiding farmers on ICM Practices. These recommendations are central to the sale of agri-inputs. By monitoring crops, Company identifies specific needs for fertilizers, pesticides and other agricultural inputs. Company is planning the initial public issue of 52,99,200 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 per share.
