(formerly known as MCX Stock Exchange Limited) w.e.f. 5th January 2015 and also got its shares listed with BSE Ltd w.e.f 4thFebruary 2016. During the year under review 2017-18, Aedos Consultancy Limited, Northwind Cool Blowers Limited and MA Makers Services Private Limited are ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company. During the year under review 2017-18, Quad Infratech Limited is a subsidiary of the Company. During the year under review 2018-19, Quad Infratech Limited has been ceased to be subsidiary of the company.
