It was incorporated as a public limited company in 2013, with its headquarters in Navi Mumbai. During the June 2022 quarter, promoters increased holdings from 35.04% to 50.34%, while mutual fund holdings decreased from 0.01% to 0%, and FII holdings decreased from 0.72% to 0.28%.
