Additionally, the Company provide specialty performance chemicals tailored for the paper industry and textile dyeing. The production facility, located at Naroda, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, has an annual capacity of approximately 30 metric ton per annum. The Company came up with IPO aggregating the issuance of 58,60,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 33.99 crore, which consisted a fresh issue of 52,60,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 30.51 crore and the offer for sale of 6,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 3.48 crore on 2 May 2025.
