It also has a dedicated institutional team, which caters to mutual fund houses, insurance companies and almost all banks active in the capital market segment. In 2002, the Company set up Institutional Desk in Mumbai; it started Commodity Business. In 2008, the Company launched currency derivatives & interest rate futures trading; In 2012, the Company acquired 51% shares of Arihant Financial Planners & Advisors Pvt Ltd.; launched mobile trading services in 2013 and launched Arihant Residency-affordable housing project in 2014. Arihant Capital (IFSC) Limited was incorporated as subsidiary of the Company to provide international financial services on December 20, 2016. The Company also established unit in International Financial Services Centre, Gift City, Gujarat in 2017 and in 2021, the Company got the shares listed on National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Electrum Portfolio Managers Limited and Arihant Lifespace Infra Developers Limited have ceased to be the wholly owned subsidiary companies during FY 2021-22. Ahinsa Lifespace Infraheight Limited ceased to be subsidiary of the Company in 2022-23. Arihant Elite Financial Solutions Limited has been incorporated as wholly owned subsidiary of the company during the FY2024-25.
