Pursuant to the acquisition, name of the Company was changed to `Anirit Ventures Limited` with effect from December 20, 2024 to align with the new objects of the Company. During FY 2024-25, the focus was on capability and capacity building, strengthening governance, aligning organizational structures, and developing a growth strategy in green energy and advanced materials.
