The Company issued and allotted 22,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each, by raising funds aggregating to Rs 11.44 crores, which comprise a fresh issue of 17,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 8.84 crore and the offer for sale of 5,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 2.60 crores on 7th June 2024.
