News: As per interview in ET Zydus is pursuing mergers acquisitions, and licensing opportunities to strengthen its specialty portfolio in the US, with a focus on the anticipated launch of its liver therapy drug Saroglitazar. Additionally, the company plans to venture into medical devices, diagnostics, nutrition, and expand its indian biologics portfolio to other geographies emphasising profitable growth and a discovery-driven strategy by 2030.
Views: The US business is in good shape with some niche and exclusive launches with limited competition which are expected to provide comfort for FY25 and FY26.
