News: In a regulatory exchange filing, Polycab announced the resignation of Mr. Vivek Sharma, Deputy Managing Director (Non- Board Member) effective from 12th May 2023 citing personal reasons.
Views: Polycab appointed Mr. Sharma as the Deputy Managing Director (Non- Board Member) of the company in October'21 for a period of 5 years. However, as Mr. Sharma was a non-board member and with the current top management team remaining intact, we believe that there will be no significant impact on the operations of the company.
