INTELLECT DESIGN ARENA IN Q4FY25 REPORTED REVENUES OF ₹726 CRORE
INTELLECT - 1200 Change: 12.00 (1.01 %)News: Intellect Design Arena in Q4FY25 reported revenues of ₹726 crore, up 19% QoQ/ 18.3% YoY, also aided by 1 month consolidation of Central 1 acquisition. License linked revenues (License+ SaaS+ AMC) which forms 54% of the mix (vs 48% in Q3), grew 28% YoY and (AMC+ Saas+ Implementation) which forms 76% of the mix grew ~15% YoY. EBITDA margin were at 28.1% (up ~870 bps QoQ/ up ~590 bps YoY) – on an ex-Gem basis EBITDA margin stood at 30% ,up ~600 bps YoY. The PAT at ₹135 crore, was up 58% YoY. Pipeline for the quarter stood at ₹10,234 crore, up 2.4% QoQ/26% YoY. In FY25, the revenue stood at ₹2,495.5 crore, down 0.3% YoY. EBITDA margin for FY25, stood at 21%, down ~40 bps YoY (on an ex-Gem basis, down ~820 bps YoY.) PAT stood at ₹332.8 crore, up 3.6 % YoY (on an ex-Gem basis PAT was down 0.3% YoY).
View: Intellect closed FY25 on a strong note, delivering Q4 revenue of ₹700 crore—up 18.3% YoY—and in line with its guidance. Growth was broad-based across geographies and product lines, driven by strong customer additions and deeper client engagements powered by its Purple Fabric platform. Licensing deals contributed 50% to the topline, with company aiming to scale this to 60% over the next 2–3 years. Looking ahead, Intellect is focused on expanding Purple Fabric deployments, scaling its direct-to-corporate segment. It has a target of ₹800 crore in quarterly revenue and 25% EBITDA margins in FY26, and ambitions for Purple Fabric to become a ₹1,000 crore business and margins to expand to 27-30% by FY28.
