WhiteOak Capital Diversified Equity Small Cap Active FOF-Reg (G)

The Scheme shall follow an active investment strategy. The Scheme shall seek to achieve its investment objective by predominantly investing in units of equity-oriented small cap mutual fund schemes with an endeavor to generate long term capital appreciation. The Scheme will adopt a diversified fund of funds approach by allocating investments across multiple small cap mutual fund schemes that may follow differentiated investment styles, portfolio construction approaches, and stock selection strategies. The Scheme shall primarily invest in underlying small cap mutual fund schemes that invest predominantly in equity and equity related instruments of small cap companies as defined by SEBI from time to time. The investment strategy is based on the premise that the small cap segment offers significant long-term growth opportunities arising from earnings scalability, sectoral expansion, formalization of the economy, increasing domestic consumption, manufacturing growth, and evolving business models. However, given the relatively higher volatility, liquidity risks, and dispersion of returns within the small cap universe, the Scheme seeks to mitigate concentration and manager-specific risks through diversification across multiple underlying schemes.
