About Company

Bajaj Energy Limited is a thermal power generation company in Uttar Pradesh. The company has a total gross installed capacity of 2,430 MW. This includes 450 MW from five operational coal-based thermal power plants, each with a capacity of 90 MW, located in Barkhera, Maqsoodapur, Khumbhi, Utraula, and Itaiunsa. Additionally, through its association with Lalitpur Power Generation Company Limited (LPGCL), it oversees a 1,980 MW supercritical thermal power plant. The company’s business model involves generating electricity and supplying it to state-owned distribution companies under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
