    What documents are required to open an ICICI Direct account for a Partnership Firm?

    To open an ICICI Direct account in the name of a Partnership Firm, please submit the following:

    > PAN and Address Proof of the Partnership Firm.

    > Partnership Deed (stamped and signed by all partners). If the firm is unregistered, a notarized Partnership Deed is required.

    > Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement for the last two financial years.

    > GST Certificate (signed on all pages), if applicable.

    > PAN, Address Proof, and four photographs of each partner.

    > Front and back copy of Aadhaar, if Aadhaar is submitted as address proof.

    > Duly completed account opening forms and declarations signed as per the authorised Mode of Operation (MOP).

    > Self-attested KYC documents of all authorised signatories/partners.

    > If there is cross-holding of more than 10% by another entity, supporting documents of the holding entity will also be required.

     

    Important Notes:

    > All applicable formats (except Aadhaar Consent and Rate Card) must be printed on the Partnership Firm's letterhead.

    > Use a "For (Partnership Firm Name)" stamp on all documents. Round stamps are not accepted.

    > If linking an existing ICICI Bank Current Account, it should not have an OD/CC facility.

    > Please share the completed formats in Word format for verification before printing on the letterhead.

    > Physical documents and the signed account opening form must be submitted to complete the account opening process.
