Gold Slips To Two Week Low

Published on Feb 04, 2021 12:03

Gold slipped today, testing near two week low. The US stocks saw choppy moves as traders eyed earnings. Upbeat economic cues kept sentiments mostly supported. Gold eyed firm moves in commodities complex as Crude oil and Copper added impressive gains. However, the recent import duty cut in India capped upside in the metal. US dollar index also consolidated above 91 mark, keeping overall mood under check for the commodity. COMEX Gold futures are currently trading at $1822 per ounce, down 0.67% on the day.
