Name of the Company was changed to Annvrridhhi Ventures Limited and the Company received a fresh Certificate of Incorporation from the Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, dated 15th November, 2024. In the FY 2023-24, the company was acquired by a set of new promoters and on 12th August, 2023, the new Board of Directors and management was appointed with a vision to grow and expand the company. Due to this, Company changed its object to carry on the business of import and local trading of agriculture commodities, mainly pulses, spices, millets, consumer food items, etc.
