Industrial Machinery company Aequs announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results

Consolidated Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations:
    • For Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 3,671.03 million, registering a strong growth of 47.26% YoY compared to Rs 2,492.90 million in Q4FY25, and an increase of 12.55% QoQ against Rs 3,261.73 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, revenue was Rs 12,304.36 million, reflecting a 33.08% YoY growth from Rs 9,246.06 million in FY25.
  • Total Income:
    • Q4FY26 total income reached Rs 3,950.38 million, growing by 48.30% YoY compared to Rs 2,663.84 million in Q4FY25, and up by 17.84% QoQ from Rs 3,352.30 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, total income was Rs 12,958.15 million, an increase of 35.09% YoY from Rs 9,592.13 million in FY25.
  • Profit/Loss for the Period:
    • The company reported a net loss of Rs 537.21 million in Q4FY26, indicating a turnaround to loss compared to a net profit of Rs 89.20 million in Q4FY25. The net loss widened by 25.87% QoQ compared to a net loss of Rs 426.79 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, the net loss stood at Rs 1,132.48 million, widening by 10.65% YoY from a net loss of Rs 1,023.46 million in FY25.

Standalone Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations:
    • For Q4FY26, standalone revenue was Rs 367.09 million, growing by 22.83% YoY against Rs 298.87 million in Q4FY25, and an increase of 18.82% QoQ from Rs 308.95 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, revenue stood at Rs 1,238.58 million, up by 34.28% YoY from Rs 922.39 million in FY25.
  • Total Income:
    • Q4FY26 total income surged to Rs 686.65 million, marking a massive increase of 127.63% YoY from Rs 301.65 million in Q4FY25, and a 70.86% QoQ jump from Rs 401.88 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, total income reached Rs 1,783.92 million, reflecting a 59.55% YoY growth compared to Rs 1,118.11 million in FY25.
  • Profit/Loss for the Period:
    • The company reported a strong turnaround in Q4FY26 with a net profit of Rs 521.64 million, recovering from a net loss of Rs 805.90 million in Q4FY25 and a net loss of Rs 63.82 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, standalone net profit successfully turned positive to Rs 497.99 million compared to a net loss of Rs 740.78 million in FY25.

Segment-wise Performance:

  • Aerospace Segment:
    • Revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 3,039.54 million, registering an increase of 28.79% YoY (against Rs 2,360.11 million in Q4FY25) and a 13.22% QoQ growth (against Rs 2,684.68 million in Q3FY26).
    • For FY26, Aerospace revenue was Rs 10,463.75 million, up by 26.89% YoY compared to Rs 8,246.41 million in FY25.
    • The segment posted a positive pre-tax result of Rs 1,009.91 million in Q4FY26.
  • Consumer Segment:
    • Revenue for Q4FY26 recorded an impressive jump of 375.56% YoY, reaching Rs 631.49 million compared to Rs 132.79 million in Q4FY25. On a QoQ basis, it grew by 9.43% from Rs 577.05 million in Q3FY26.
    • For FY26, the Consumer segment revenue increased by 84.13% YoY to Rs 1,840.61 million from Rs 999.65 million in FY25.
  • The segment reported a pre-tax loss of Rs 473.13 million in Q4FY26.

Business Highlights:

  • Initial Public Offering (IPO): The company successfully completed its IPO during the year, raising Rs 6,700.00 million. The fresh issue comprised 54,047,958 shares alongside an offer for sale of 20,307,393 shares.
  • Pre-IPO Fundraise: Prior to the public listing, the company raised Rs 1,440.00 million as part of Pre-IPO proceeds through the issuance of 11,615,713 equity shares.
  • Corporate Restructuring: The Board of Directors approved a Scheme of Amalgamation on April 23, 2026, to merge its wholly owned subsidiaries—AeroStructures Manufacturing India Private Limited, Aequs Engineered Plastics Private Limited, and Aequs Force Consumer Products Private Limited—into the parent company.

Industrial Machinery company Aequs announced Q3FY26 results

Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue grew 51% YoY to Rs 3,262 million, driven by strong aerospace performance and continued ramp-up in consumer programs.
  • EBITDA increased 353% YoY to Rs 381 million, supported by strong revenue growth and operating leverage.
  • PAT: Rs -426 million against Rs -399 million during Q3FY25, change -7%.
  • PAT Margin: -13% for Q3FY26.

Business Highlights:

  • Strong Aerospace orderbook stands at USD 814 Mn
  • Consumer electronics programs awarded earlier have been fully industrialized, with revenues now beginning to flow
  • Partnered with Accel India and Vagus Defence to enter design and manufacturing of Unmanned Aeriel Vehicles (UAV), primarily for India defence requirements
  • Got approval from MeitY for PLI under Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS)
  • Added Mattel as a new customer in Consumer Segment and shipments started during the quarter

Aravind Melligeri, Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Aequs, said: “The business continues to deliver robust QoQ performance, supported by disciplined execution across our aerospace and consumer programs and well scaled operating footprint. In Q3, coordinated planning and shop -floor execution supported stable operations across our facilities, with revenues growing 51% YoY.

On an adjusted basis including our share of the JV, revenue and EBITDA growth remained very strong, reflecting the full underlying performance of the business. The Aerospace JV continued to contribute to profitability and cash flows, while the Cookware JV remains in its scale-up phase.

Across the portfolio, key programs advanced through planned production milestones, supported by improving utilisation levels alongside capacity additions.”
