Fund Objective

The objective of the Scheme is to provide liquidity with reasonable returns commensurate with lower risk through diversified investments in units of active and passive Liquid Schemes. However, there is no assurance or guarantee that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.

Notes

The Scheme is an open-ended Fund of Funds Scheme that seeks to generate regular income and maintain a high degree of liquidity by investing predominantly in units of Liquid Funds and, to a limited extent, in debt and money market instruments with residual maturity not exceeding 91 days. The scheme follows an active investment strategy. The investment strategy of the Scheme is designed to generate optimal risk-adjusted returns through active allocation amongst Liquid Funds and ancillary investments in debt and money market instruments. The Scheme shall endeavour to capture opportunities arising from variations in yields, liquidity conditions, term spreads and credit spreads while maintaining a high level of portfolio liquidity. The Scheme shall seek to construct a well-diversified portfolio of underlying Liquid Funds based on factors such as portfolio quality, liquidity profile, portfolio yield, risk-adjusted returns, consistency of performance, portfolio diversification and overall suitability in meeting the investment objective of the Scheme. The AMC shall actively monitor interest rate movements, liquidity conditions, monetary policy developments, market opportunities and other macroeconomic factors while determining allocations amongst the underlying schemes and permissible debt and money market instruments. Investments made from the net assets of the Scheme shall be in accordance with the investment objective, asset allocation pattern and the provisions of the SEBI (MF) Regulations and circulars issued thereunder. The AMC shall endeavour to achieve the investment objective through a judicious mix of units of Liquid Funds and permissible debt and money market instruments. Every investment opportunity in underlying schemes, debt instruments and money market instruments shall be assessed on parameters such as liquidity, credit quality, maturity profile, relative value and risk-return characteristics before being considered for investment. The portfolio shall be reviewed and rebalanced from time to time in line with market conditions and the investment objective of the Scheme. The Scheme may also hold cash and cash equivalents for liquidity management, meeting redemption requirements, etc.
