Jio BlackRock Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Rajiv Chhabria and Ms. Christalin Franco have been appointed as the Chief Business Officer and Head - Digital respectively and are designated as the Key Personnel(s) of Jio BlackRock Asset Management Private Limited (�the AMC�) with effect from July 20, 2026.

Accordingly, below mentioned details of Mr. Rajiv Chhabria and Ms. Christalin Franco shall form part of the SAI under the section titled �Information on Key Personnel and Research Analyst of the AMC�.
