    Why is the platform slow today?

    Platform slowness is generally not expected. However, if you are experiencing delays, please try the troubleshooting steps below based on how you access the platform:

    1. If you are accessing the platform via the mobile app:

    a. Check for updates: Ensure that both the trading app and your device’s operating system are updated to the latest version.

    b. Verify internet connectivity: Check that your internet connection is strong. If connected to Wi-Fi, try restarting the router. If the issue continues, switch to mobile data.

    c. Clear app cache: Android users can clear the app cache from device settings. iOS users are advised to reinstall the app.

    d. Restart the app and device: Fully close the app and restart your mobile device before logging in again.

    2. If you are accessing the platform via a web browser:

    a. Clear browser data: Clear the browser’s cache and cookies. Close the browser completely and reopen it.

    b. Close unnecessary tabs or extensions: Close all unused tabs and temporarily disable browser extensions, as these may impact performance.

    c. Check your internet connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable. If you are using Wi-Fi and the connection is weak, restart the router or switch to a wired connection, if available.

    d. Restart your device: Restarting the device can help clear memory and improve overall performance.

    e. Check browser compatibility: Make sure you are using the latest version of a supported browser.
