Tata Steel fixes record date for scheme of amalgamation

Tata Steel has fixed 19 January 2023 as record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of The Tinplate Company of India (TCIL) who shall be entitled to receive fully paid-up equity shares of Tata Steel pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation of the two companies.
