Gujarat Themis Biosyn has fixed 10 October 2023 as record date for r the purpose of sub-division/split of every one fully paid-up Equity share having face value Rs. 5 each in the authorised share capital of the Company, into 5 fully paid-up Equity shares having face value of Rs. 1 each.
