News: As per media sources, L&T has bagged orders of $4 Billion (₹35K crore) from Aramco. The order comprises of development of gas compression systems which is part of Saudi Aramco's ambitious $110 Bn Jafurah gas project. L&T has clinched two key packages of the $25Bn EPC segment of the Gas project. Package 1, valued at $2.9 billion, involves the construction of a gas processing plant and main process units. Package 2, a $1 billion contract, pertains to gas compression units. L&T has clarified that the above news was already announced by the company on 11th and 31st October 2023.
