HG INFRA REPORTED STANDALONE REVENUE FROM OPERATIONS AT ₹1508.5 CRORE
HGINFRA - 1002 Change: -9.55 (-0.94 %)News: HG Infra reported standalone revenue from operations at ₹1508.5 crore, up 12% YoY driven by decent execution. EBITDA at ₹250 crore was up 16.7% YoY along with EBITDA margin at 16.6%, up 70 bps YoY led by healthy operating leverage. Reported PAT was at ₹136.6 crore, down 33.5% YoY given the exceptional gain of ₹107 crore in Q3 FY24. On adjusted basis, PAT was up 12% YoY.
View: HG Infra’s performance was decent during the quarter led by healthy execution driving the topline performance, along with healthy margins, in line with guidance of 16%, going forward. Its order book as of Q2 FY25 stood at ₹16624 crore ~ 3x book to bill providing strong revenue visibility. It has witnessed strong order inflows totalling ₹6300 crore as of Q2 FY25, given the strong ordering momentum coupled with healthy pipeline of road projects, the company is poised to achieve its order inflow outlook of ₹11000-12000 crore for FY25. We await management commentary on growth and margins outlook ahead.
