Q4FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights

  • Revenue from operations: Rs 6,013 million in Q4FY26, showing a growth of 1% YoY compared to Rs 5,954 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 23.3% QoQ from Rs 7,840 million in Q3FY26.
  • Total Income: Rs 6,157 million in Q4FY26, a growth of 1.3% YoY from Rs 6,079 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 23.1% QoQ from Rs 8,004 million in Q3FY26.
  • Profit before tax: Rs 533 million in Q4FY26, a decline of 22.8% YoY from Rs 690 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 50.7% QoQ from Rs 1,082 million in Q3FY26.
  • Profit for the period: Rs 393 million in Q4FY26, a decline of 23.8% YoY from Rs 516 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 51.5% QoQ from Rs 810 million in Q3FY26.
  • Earnings per equity share (Basic and Diluted): Rs 2.28 in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 2.97 in Q4FY25 and Rs 4.65 in Q3FY26.

  • Revenue from operations: Rs 6,013 million in Q4FY26, a growth of 1% YoY compared to Rs 5,954 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 23.3% QoQ from Rs 7,840 million in Q3FY26.
  • Total Income: Rs 6,156 million in Q4FY26, a growth of 1.3% YoY from Rs 6,079 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 23.1% QoQ from Rs 8,004 million in Q3FY26.
  • Profit before tax: Rs 500 million in Q4FY26, a decline of 23.7% YoY from Rs 655 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 52% QoQ from Rs 1,041 million in Q3FY26.
  • Profit for the period: Rs 373 million in Q4FY26, a decline of 23.9% YoY from Rs 490 million in Q4FY25 and a decline of 52.1% QoQ from Rs 778 million in Q3FY26.
  • Earnings per equity share (Basic and Diluted): Rs 2.14 in Q4FY26 compared to Rs 2.82 in Q4FY25 and Rs 4.47 in Q3FY26.

FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights

  • Revenue from operations: Rs 26,957 million for FY26.
  • Total Income: Rs 27,616 million for FY26.
  • Profit before tax: Rs 3,526 million for FY26.
  • Profit for the period: Rs 2,645 million for FY26.
  • Total comprehensive income: Rs 2,574 million for FY26.
  • Earnings per equity share (Basic and Diluted): Rs 15.20 for FY26.

Business Highlights:

  • Segment Revenue: The Pumps segment contributed Rs 4,995 million to consolidated revenue in Q4FY26, while the Valves segment contributed Rs 1,025 million.
  • Exceptional Item: The company recognized an exceptional item of Rs 255 million in FY26 due to the incremental impact of new labour codes, primarily related to gratuity and changes in the definition of wages.
  • Associate Performance: The company's share of net profit from its associate, KSB MIL Controls Limited, was Rs 32 million for Q4FY26.
  • Inventory Management: There was a significant change in inventories of finished goods, work-in-progress, and stock-in-trade, amounting to a decrease of Rs 1,001 million in Q4FY26.

Compressors & Pumps company KSB announced Q1CY25 results

  • The Sales value for Q1CY25 is registered at Rs 595 crore which is about an 9.4% increase over Q1CY24.
  • Operating profit: Rs 67.7 crore compared to Rs 60.9 crore during Q1CY24, margin is at 11.4%.
  • PBT: Rs 65.5 crore compared to Rs 57.6 crore during Q1CY24.
  • Net profit: Rs 49.0 crore compared to Rs 43.1 crore during Q1CY24.

Prashant Kumar, Vice President - Sales and Marketing, KSB, said: “This quarter, we registered steady growth in sales revenue, marking a 9.4% increase over Q1CY24.

The Solar segment continued to perform well, driven by various orders under the PM-KUSUM scheme. We are also witnessing strong momentum in our sunrise segments, including Domestic, Building, and Water & Waste Water (WWW).

We recently concluded the Asia West Dealer Conference in Goa, which brought together over 100 dealers. The event was a great success — we recognized top performers and shared our vision for 2025, further strengthening our enduring partnerships.

Summarizing the Q1FY25 performance, Prashant Kumar, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, KSB said, “With 9.3% increase in sales revenue, compared to Q1FY24, our growth momentum remains strong in Q1FY25. This growth is driven by significant order inflows from various segments.

Our contributions to the energy sector also remain robust as we continue to provide solutions that meet the industry's evolving needs. Furthermore, our efforts to enable online ordering have shown steady progress, with an increasing number of products and spares now available online.

In strengthening our Nuclear Projects Division, we have set new industry standards by becoming the first company in India’s pump industry to be accredited with ISO 19443:2018 certification. This exemplifies our commitment to upholding highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance, crucial in the nuclear power sector.

Q1FY25 results have demonstrated our commitment and capacity to deliver on our strategic roadmap, and with our ongoing progress and strong pipeline, we will continue to achieve such stable and profitable growth.”

Financial Highlights:

  • The sales revenue of Q1 2024 is Rs 544.2 crore which is 11.2% higher than that of the corresponding Q1 2023
  • Received letter of award under PM-Kusum III Scheme of Rs 63 crore for 2500 solar water pumping systems from Maharashtra Energy Development Agency
  • Received first order for desalination project of value Rs 11 crore from KSB Saudi
  • Energy segment crossed Rs 50 crore order intake with highlight orders - FGD of Rs 4.1 crore from General Electric, and Rs 5.6 crore for HG pumps from Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd.

Industrial Machinery firm KSB announced Q1FY23 Result :

  • Received order from NPCIL for 8 nos. Primary Coolant pumps (RSR 400/2 for Kaiga 5 & 6) along with electric motors and spares for a value of approx. 5,000 Mio INR.
  • Good Order Intake of ~2000 Mio from Petrochemicals.
  • FGD order of 225 Mio INR received from BHEL.
  • Breakthrough in BB3 orders for both domestic market and exports.
  • Good growth in Mechanical Seal business; Nuclear Mechanical Seal test-bed commissioned at Shirwal and repair facility inaugurated at Chinchwad.
  • Despite cyber attack, factories, branches, warehouse teams worked round the clock in 3 shifts to ensure sales.
