Iron & Steel Products company Pennar Industries announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results

Consolidated Financial Highlights:

  • Total Income: In Q4FY26, the consolidated total income stood at Rs 933.70 crore, registering an increase of 2.26% YoY compared to Rs 913.05 crore in Q4FY25, and a decline of 2.64% QoQ against Rs 959.02 crore in Q3FY26. For the full year FY26, total income was Rs 3,666.32 crore, up by 12.35% YoY from Rs 3,263.27 crore in FY25.
  • Revenue from Operations: Q4FY26 revenue from operations was Rs 924.80 crore, growing 2.10% YoY (from Rs 905.80 crore in Q4FY25) and declining 1.94% QoQ (from Rs 943.06 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, it stood at Rs 3,620.09 crore, an increase of 12.19% YoY from Rs 3,226.58 crore in FY25.
  • EBITDA: EBITDA in Q4FY26 reached Rs 114.06 crore, marking a rise of 15.27% YoY versus Rs 98.95 crore in Q4FY25. Annual EBITDA for FY26 was reported at Rs 401.32 crore, increasing by 15.51% YoY compared to Rs 347.44 crore in FY25.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT for Q4FY26 was Rs 55.24 crore, showcasing a growth of 15.83% YoY (from Rs 47.69 crore in Q4FY25) and 28.29% QoQ (from Rs 43.06 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, PBT was Rs 179.57 crore, representing a 12.97% YoY increase against Rs 158.95 crore in FY25.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): The PAT for Q4FY26 surged to Rs 41.04 crore, an increase of 14.89% YoY (from Rs 35.72 crore in Q4FY25) and 22.32% QoQ (from Rs 33.55 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 138.83 crore, up 16.22% YoY compared to Rs 119.45 crore in FY25.

Standalone Financial Highlights:

  • Total Income: Standalone total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 679.38 crore, recording a decline of 6.14% YoY (from Rs 723.82 crore in Q4FY25) and 7.01% QoQ (from Rs 730.62 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, total income reached Rs 2,789.42 crore, a YoY growth of 7.00% compared to Rs 2,606.85 crore in FY25.
  • Revenue from Operations: Q4FY26 revenue from operations stood at Rs 671.69 crore, down 6.88% YoY (vs Rs 721.30 crore in Q4FY25) and 6.15% QoQ (vs Rs 715.71 crore in Q3FY26). Annual revenue for FY26 was Rs 2,747.75 crore, an increase of 6.58% YoY from Rs 2,578.17 crore in FY25.
  • Profit Before Tax (PBT): Standalone PBT for Q4FY26 was Rs 38.30 crore, growing marginally by 0.45% YoY (from Rs 38.13 crore in Q4FY25) and jumping 23.35% QoQ (from Rs 31.05 crore in Q3FY26). Annual PBT for FY26 stood at Rs 129.59 crore, up 6.80% YoY from Rs 121.34 crore in FY25.
  • Profit After Tax (PAT): PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs 28.56 crore, seeing an increase of 3.33% YoY (from Rs 27.64 crore in Q4FY25) and 16.33% QoQ (from Rs 24.55 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 101.39 crore, up 10.45% YoY compared to Rs 91.80 crore in FY25.

Business Highlights & Segment-wise Performance:

  • Segment-wise Performance:
    • Diversified Engineering: Q4FY26 revenue was Rs 429.54 crore (vs Rs 460.24 crore in Q4FY25 and Rs 523.02 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, the segment posted a revenue of Rs 1,871.77 crore, up from Rs 1,721.32 crore in FY25.
    • Custom Designed Building Solutions & Auxiliaries: Q4FY26 revenue was Rs 516.88 crore (vs Rs 466.06 crore in Q4FY25 and Rs 441.13 crore in Q3FY26). For FY26, the segment recorded a revenue of Rs 1,835.60 crore, up from Rs 1,584.44 crore in FY25.
  • Order Book: The company received strong orders worth Rs 902.26 crore across its various business verticals in the last three months. These orders are scheduled for execution in the coming quarters.

  • Strategic Divestment: On September 26, 2025, the company concluded the sale of its 51% equity holding in its subsidiary, Enertech Pennar Defence and Engineering Systems Private Limited, for a total consideration of Rs 120 lakh.
  • Acquisition: During the quarter, the subsidiary Pennar FZCO completed the acquisition of Agile Traders FZCO for a consideration of Rs 110 lakh as of December 17, 2025.
  • Joint Venture: The Board approved an investment in ZAP91 Solar India Private Limited, a joint venture company.
  • Fund Raising (Convertible Warrants): The Board approved the issuance of 30,00,000 convertible equity warrants to a promoter on a preferential basis at a price of Rs 168 per warrant, aggregating to approximately Rs 5,040 lakh.
  • Auditor Appointments: The company appointed M/s. R Krishna & Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s. Kandikonda & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY27.

  • Revenue from operations increased 15.30% YoY to Rs 845.67 crore in Q1FY26 compared to Rs 733.45 crore in Q1FY25.
  • EBITDA grew by 19.12% to Rs 94.12 crore in Q1FY26 compared to Rs 79.01 crore in Q1FY25.
  • EBITDA Margin improved marginally to 11.13% in Q1FY26 as against 10.77% in Q1FY25.
  • PAT grew by 21.04% to Rs 31.96 crore in Q1FY26 compared to Rs 26.40 crore in Q1FY25.
  • PAT margin stood at 3.78% for Q1FY26 as compared to 3.60% in Q1FY25.
