2/3 Wheelers company Ola Electric Mobility announced Q2FY26 results

  • Achieved Auto segment profitability for the first time, supported by a 30.7% gross margin
  • Auto business turns cash-generative, with cash flow from operations of Rs 15 crore (reported -Rs 40 crore after one-time festive inventory build-up)
  • Launched Ola "Shakti" , India’s first residential Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) built with Ola’s in-house 4680 Bharat Cells - Company expects Rs 100 crore revenue in Q4 FY26 and Rs 1,000 crore - Rs 1,200 crore in annual revenue in FY27
  • Ola Gigafactory commissioned with 2.5 GWh capacity; on track to reach 5.9 GWh by March 2026.
  • Roadster sales continued to grow QoQ. Q2 Roadster sales were 4x of Q1, scaled to a peak of 450 units in a day during the festive period, and now represent about 15% of overall sales.
  • Launched HyperService, expanded genuine-parts access to customers and third-party garages.

2/3 Wheelers company Ola Electric Mobility announced Q1FY26 results

  • The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 828 crore in Q1FY26, a 35.5 % jump over Rs 611 crore in the preceding quarter (Q4FY25).
  • Ola Electric delivered 68,192 vehicles during the quarter, up 32.7 % from 51,375 units in Q4FY25.
  • Auto gross margin expanded sharply to 25.6 % in Q1FY26 versus 13.8 % in Q4FY25, aided by the Gen-3 product mix and vertical integration benefits.
  • Auto-segment EBITDA improved to –11.6 % (from –90.6 % in Q4FY25) and turned positive in the month of June 2025.
  • Consolidated EBITDA also recovered, improving to –28.6 % from the previous quarter.

  • PAT stood at Rs -870 crore for Q4FY25 compared to Rs -416 crore for Q4FY24

FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • The company’s revenue for FY25 stood at Rs 4,645 crore for the year ended 31st March 2025, as against Rs 5,126 crore for the year ended 31st March 2024.
  • PAT stood at Rs -2276 crore for FY25 compared to Rs -1584 crore for FY24

Business Highlights:

  • The company expects its Gross Margins to improve to approximately 35% in Q2FY26
  • Q1FY26 Gross Margins showed an improvement of 10 pp over Q4FY25
  • Improved Gross Margins from 14.8% to 20.5% in FY25 over FY24.
  • The company expects its Gross Margins to improve to approximately 35% in Q2FY26
  • In FY25, Ola Electric delivered 3,59,221 units over 3,29,549 units in the same period last year, maintaining leadership in the E2W segment and driving higher EV penetration.
  • The company drove mass EV adoption with the S1 X, delivering 1,96,123 units in FY25 - over 3.5X YoY increase from 53,083 units in FY24.

  • Company delivered 84,029 units during the quarter ended 31st December 2024.
  • Expanded to 4,000 touchpoints and emerged as one of the largest global EV distribution network.
  • The company retained the #1 market share position for Q3FY25 and in Jan’25 driven by its singular EV focus, strong product portfolio, and a robust distribution and service network.

  • Company registered quarterly Revenue of Rs 1,240 crore in Q2FY25, up by 38.5% from Rs 896 crore during the Q2FY24.
  • Company posted Gross Margin of 20.3% in Q2FY25, incroreeasing by 12.0 pp YoY.
  • Company delivered 98,619 units during the quarter, up 73.6% YoY.
  • Operating expenses are marginally lower by 1% QoQ thereby continuing the focus on keeping operating expenses at an almost constant level.
  • The Gen 3 platform announced in August is ahead of schedule and the S1 Gen 3 products would be delivered in January 2025 thereby enabling a 20 pp improvement in margins over next 12 months.

  • Company posted Adjusted Gross Margin of Rs 377 Cr for the quarter ended 30th June 2024. The Adjusted Gross Margin stood at 21.94% of Revenue, up 873 bps YoY from 13.21% for the same quarter last year.
