Q2FY26 Quarterly Result Announced for Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd.

Non-Electrical Utilities company Enviro Infra Engineers announced Q2FY26 results

  • Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 2,273 million, marking a robust 6.7% YoY growth compared to Q2FY25.
  • EBITDA for the quarter was Rs 649 million, up 16.8% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 28.6%.
  • PAT: Rs 495 million compared to Rs 364 million during Q2FY25, change 36%.

Sanjay Jain, Chairman, Enviro Infra Engineers, said: “I am pleased to share that our Company has delivered a strong quarter, with a 6.7% YoY revenue growth in Q2FY26, a 16.8% in EBITDA and a 36.1% rise in PAT, reflecting our operational efficiency and execution capabilities.

During the year, our strong execution pipeline is supported by an order book of Rs 18,005 million and an O&M portfolio of Rs 9,328 million.

Utilities:Non-Electrical company Enviro Infra Engineers announced Q1FY26 results

  • Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 2,409 million, marking a robust 17.4% YoY growth compared to Q1FY25, driven by efficient project execution and the conversion of a strong order book into billings.
  • EBITDA for the quarter was Rs 642 million, up 25.2% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 26.7%.
  • PAT for the quarter was Rs 424.8 million, up 41.8% YoY, with a PAT margin of 17.0%, 260 bps higher.

Sanjay Jain, Chairman & WholeTime Director, Enviro Infra Engineers, said: “I am pleased to report that we have delivered another quarter of robust growth, with revenue up 17.4% YoY, EBITDA 25.2% and PAT surging 41.8%, underscoring our operational strength and execution excellence. This performance was driven by efficient delivery of a strong order book and strategic wins across diverse geographies and technologies.

During the quarter, we entered the ZLD space with a landmark Rs 395.50 crore CETP project from MIDC, secured major STP and sewer network projects in Chhattisgarh and Karnataka worth over Rs 527 crore, and expanded into renewable energy with 69 MW of solar capacity across Odisha and Maharashtra.

Q4FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 3,929 million, marking a robust 30.82% YoY growth compared to Q4FY24.
  • EBITDA for the quarter was Rs 994 million, up 15.81% YoY, with an EBITDA margin of 25.31 %.

FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations reached Rs 10,661 million, registering a strong 46.25% YoY growth, backed by timely execution of a robust order book.
  • EBITDA grew by 60.82% YoY to Rs 2,678 million, with margins expanding by 228 bps to 25.12%, indicating enhanced operating leverage.
  • Cash flows significantly improved from a negative of Rs 782 million to a positive of Rs 257 million
  • The Net Worth as of March 31, 2025, stood at Rs 9,945 million
  • Total Debt stood at Rs 2,341 million
  • Debt-to-Equity Ratio improved significantly to 0.24, down from 0.80

  • Revenue from Operations Q3FY25 was Rs 247.45 crore witnessing a growth of 65% YoY.
  • EBITDA margins improved 334 bps to 21.8% from 18.5% in Q3FY25.
  • In Q3FY25, PAT grew 111% to Rs 36.72 crore compared to Rs 17.38 crore in Q3FY24.
  • PAT Margin improved by 313 bps to 14.5% from 11.4% in Q3FY25.
