IDFC Mutual Fund Announces change in Scheme name

IDFC Mutual Fund is proposed to be renamed as Bandhan Mutual Fund with effect from March 13, 2023.

In view of the above, each scheme of IDFC MF will be renamed to replace the word `IDFC` with the word `Bandhan`.

The name of the AMC & Trustee Company would also undergo change from `IDFC Asset Management Company Limited` to `Bandhan AMC Limited` and `IDFC AMC Trustee Company Limited` to `Bandhan Mutual Fund Trustee Limited` subject to receipt of regulatory approvals in due course.
