About Company

Harikanta Overseas Limited is a Surat-based manufacturer and exporter of synthetic textile fabrics. Evolving from a traditional family-run power loom business, the company produces a diverse portfolio, including Ikat, polyester garment, saree, dhupion, and poly-linen fabrics. While its products cater to both men’s and women’s wear, the majority of the fabric manufactured is utilized in saree production.

The company operates a 953.93 sq. meter manufacturing facility at the Sai Ram Industrial Estate in Surat, Gujarat. Transitioning from merchant exporter reliance to direct trade, Harikanta Overseas serves major domestic markets—including Delhi, Bangalore, Maharashtra, and Punjab—and exports directly to international destinations like Bahrain, Singapore, and Thailand. Managed by the third generation of the Gotawala family, the company’s operations were supported by a dedicated workforce of 111 permanent employees as of February 28, 2026.
