Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has fixed 28 July 2023 as record date for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- per equity share for FY2022-23. The final dividend, if approved at the 31st Annual General Meeting, shall be paid on or before 08 September 2023.
