Share India Securities fixes record date for dividend

Share India Securities has fixed 27 July 2022 as record date for for ascertaining the names of Shareholders/Beneficial Owners entitled to receive the interim dividend for FY23, if declared by the Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting, and final dividend for the FY22, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
