Kirloskar Brothers has fixed 25 July 2023 as record date for dividend of Rs 4.50 per equity share having face value of Rs. 2/- each as recommended by the Board for the Financial Year 2022-23, is 25 July 2023.

The said Dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the 103rd AGM, shall be paid on or before 30 August 2023, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable
