Jubilant Pharmova fixes record date for dividend

Jubilant Pharmova has fixed 12 August 2022 as record date for the purpose of determining names of the Members eligible for the dividend. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, will be paid/ dispatched on or before 26 October 2022.
