Board of CL Educate approves bonus issue of 1:1

The Board of CL Educate at its meeting held on 02 November 2022 has recommended a bonus issue in ratio of 1:1. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 27.28 crore to Rs 40 crore.
