Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has fixed 19 August 2023 as record date for purpose of determining the names of the shareholders who are entitled for the final dividend and also for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, on and from 09 September 2023.
