Quick Wrap: Nifty Pharma Index declines 1.26%

Nifty Pharma index ended down 1.26% at 12557.05 today. The index is up 2.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Sanofi India Ltd gained 8.86%, Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd slipped 6.89% and Laurus Labs Ltd fell 3.34%. The Nifty Pharma index is down 0.00% over last one year compared to the 13.17% surge in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty MNC index added 0.82% and Nifty Infrastructure index is down 0.69% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 is down 0.10% to close at 18297 while the SENSEX is down 0.06% to close at 61904.52 today.
