  • LimeRoad Loss reduced by 56%.
  • EBITDA Growth 27% YoY (14.3% of Revenue).

Q4FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • The revenues for Q4FY25 was Rs 780 crore, up 17% YoY.
  • EBITDA of Rs 68 crore, up 70% YoY.
  • The PAT stood at Rs 19 crore for Q4FY25.
  • The same store sales growth (SSSG) stood at 8% for the quarter and 11% for the year.

FY25 Financial Highlights:

  • The Company reported revenues of Rs 3,254 crore, up 17% YoY.
  • EBITDA of Rs 377 crore, up 77% YoY.
  • PAT of Rs 46 crore for the year including an exceptional gain of Rs 24 crore for Q4FY25 and FY25.

  • EBITDA: Rs 171 crore compared to Rs 120 crore during Q3FY24, change 43%.

  • The Company reported revenues of Rs 786 crore in Q1, up 16% year-on-year (YoY) and EBITDA increased by 89% to Rs 99 crore and PAT stood at Rs 12 crore, for the quarter.
  • The same store sales (SSSG) grew by 11% YoY for the quarter led to footfall growth.
  • The inventory as at period end stood at Rs 671 crores, reduced by Rs 54 crore (-7.5%) YoY improving the working capital.

Q4FY23:

  • Revenue of Rs 594 crore, up 29% YoY
  • EBITDA and PAT stood at Rs 23 crore and Rs (-37) crore respectively.
  • The same store sales (SSSG) grew by 10% YoY for the quarter and by 23% YoY for the full year.

FY23:

  • Revenues for full year FY23 was Rs 2,465 crore, growing by 48% YoY
  • EBITDA and PAT for the year stood at Rs 269 crore and Rs (-8) crore, respectively.
  • Maintaining a steady rate of expansion, the company opened 17 new stores in Q4 and 59 new stores in the year, taking the tally of total stores to 423.

  • Q3FY23:
    • Company reported a revenue of Rs 777 crore, up 12% YoY. EBITDA and PAT stood at Rs 104 crore and Rs 20 crore, respectively for the quarter.
    • The company opened 15 new stores including 1 store in the South, and closed 6 stores, during the quarter, taking the total store count to 414 as on Q3FY23.
    • The Unlimited stores in South, which were acquired last year, completed 1 year of continued profitable operations and is growing steadily with 7 store additions this year.
    • The newly acquired Limeroad.com business is in a stabilization phase and both these acquisitions remain the future growth drivers for the company.
