IT Consulting & Software company Ramco Systems announced Q3FY25 results

Financial Highlights:

  • Witnessed a 9% QoQ growth in revenue
  • Quarterly Order Booking recorded at USD 14.6 million
  • Signed 4 "Million-Dollar plus" deals
  • Recurring revenue recorded at USD 10.74 million
  • During the quarter, adverse forex fluctuation was USD 1.3 million (against a favourable forex fluctuation of USD 0.9 million)
  • EBITDA excluding the forex fluctuation for the quarter has improved to USD 3.11 million from USD 1.22 million, in the previous quarter

Financial Highlights:

  • Witnessed a 4% QoQ growth in revenue.
  • Quarterly Order Booking stood at USD 10.7 million.
  • Signed 3 "Million-Dollar plus" deals.
  • Recorded a stabilized recurring revenue at USD 9.82 million.
  • EBITDA grew by 51% QoQ, excluding foreign exchange fluctuation gain/loss.
  • EBITDA of USD 2.1 million for the quarter is after considering foreign exchange fluctuation gain of USD 0.87 million (as against EBITDA of 0.57 million for Q1 which is after considering foreign exchange fluctuation loss of USD 0.24 million).

IT Consulting & Software company Ramco Systems announced Q4FY24 & FY24 results:

  • For FY24, global consolidated income of Ramco Systems Limited was USD 64.41 million (Rs 529.9 crore). The net loss after tax for the year stood at USD 29.41 million (Rs 241.9 crore).
  • Recurring Revenue grew at a healthy pace of 13% YoY, as compared to 5% last year
  • Signed 11 "Million-Dollar plus" deals; Q4 witnessed the addition of a record multi-million-dollar deal signed in the history of Ramco Systems
  • Unexecuted Order Book stood at a healthy USD 188 million

  • For the quarter ended December 31, 2021, global consolidated income of Ramco Systems Limited stood at USD 17.22m (Rs. 127.6cr). The net loss after tax for the quarter amounted to USD 3.41m (Rs. 25.2cr). The cash flow continues to be good.
