Q4FY26 & FY26 Result Announced for Omaxe Ltd.

Realty company Omaxe announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results

Consolidated Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations: In Q4FY26, consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 348.52 crore, registering a growth of 15.47% QoQ from Rs 301.82 crore in Q3FY26, but a decline of 35.61% YoY from Rs 541.26 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue was Rs 1,253.40 crore, down 19.70% from Rs 1,560.99 crore in FY25.
  • Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 reached Rs 376.31 crore, showing a growth of 17.95% QoQ from Rs 319.03 crore, but a decrease of 31.95% YoY from Rs 553.03 crore. Full-year Total Income for FY26 was Rs 1,339.74 crore, down 18.16% from Rs 1,636.97 crore in FY25.
  • Net Profit/Loss: The consolidated Net Loss for Q4FY26 was Rs 191.42 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 153.20 crore in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 148.67 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the company reported a Net Loss of Rs 696.80 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 685.40 crore in FY25.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for FY26 stood at Rs (38.10), compared to Rs (37.51) in FY25.

Standalone Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs 161.49 crore, representing a growth of 47.91% QoQ from Rs 109.18 crore in Q3FY26 and a growth of 16.88% YoY from Rs 138.17 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at Rs 453.64 crore, up 16.36% from Rs 389.85 crore in FY25.
  • Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 168.49 crore, up 20.54% QoQ from Rs 139.78 crore and up 11.98% YoY from Rs 150.47 crore. Annual Total Income for FY26 reached Rs 514.67 crore, an increase of 14.38% over Rs 449.97 crore in FY25.
  • Net Profit/Loss: The company recorded a Net Loss of Rs 83.05 crore for Q4FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 26.24 crore in Q3FY26 and a loss of Rs 20.76 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, the company reported a Net Loss of Rs 195.61 crore, an improvement compared to the loss of Rs 217.03 crore in FY25.
  • Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for FY26 stood at Rs (10.69), compared to Rs (11.87) in FY25.

Business Highlights and Segment Performance:

  • Segment Information: The Group operates under a single reportable segment, which is the "Real Estate Business."
  • Subsidiary Dividends: Several wholly owned subsidiaries have proposed final dividends to Omaxe Limited for FY26, subject to approval. The estimated total outgo from these subsidiaries to the holding company is approximately Rs 72.50 crore, with Jagdamba Contractors and Builders Limited contributing Rs 29.00 crore and Omaxe Buildhome Limited contributing Rs 25.00 crore.
  • Qualified Borrowings: As of March 31, 2026, the company's outstanding qualified borrowings at the end of the financial year stood at Rs 414.08 crore. The company reported an incremental borrowing of Rs 200 crore during the year.
  • SEBI Order: The company has received an order from SEBI covering the period from FY 2018-19 to FY 2020-21. The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has granted a stay on certain directions, and the proceedings are currently undergoing with the next hearing scheduled for July 7, 2026.
  • Labour Code Assessment: The Group has evaluated the four new Labour Codes notified by the Government of India and determined that there is currently no impact on the provision for Gratuity and Leave Encashment.

Realty company Omaxe announced Q3FY26 results

  • Revenue: Rs 301.82 crore against Rs 288.94 crore during Q3FY25, change 4%.
  • PBT: Rs -200.84 crore against Rs -182.68 crore during Q3FY25, change -10%.
  • PAT: Rs -153.2 crore against Rs -150.28 crore during Q3FY25, change -2%.
  • EPS: Rs -8.38 for Q3FY26.

Realty company Omaxe announced Q4FY22 results:

  • Reported Consolidated Income from Operations of Rs 637.94 crore in FY22 as compared to Rs 514.59 crore in FY21.
  • Consolidated Net profit /(Loss) stood at Rs (161.61) crore in FY22 as against Rs (235.21) crore in FY21.
  • In Q4FY22, the consolidated income from operations stood at Rs. 172.86 crore as compared to Rs. 191.87 crore in Q4FY21.
  • Consolidated Net Profit/(Loss) in Q4FY22 stood at Rs (36.62) crore as compared to Rs 0.54 crore posted in Q4FY21.

Mr. Atul Banshal, Director-Finance, Omaxe Limited said: "The real estate sector has shown a strong recovery in FY2021-22. The overall economic growth and infrastructure development in Tier 2/3 cities is being reflected on the property sales. We expect this growth momentum to attain a higher trajectory going forward on account of strong homebuyers’ sentiments. Property seekers have responded positively to our residential and commercial offerings and we will continue to launch more projects that cater to their needs. We also expect strong delivery in FY22-23 which will contribute in higher sales & profitability."

Realty company Omaxe announced Q3FY22 results:

  • The company reported Consolidated Income from Operations of Rs 179.83 cr for the quarter ended December 31st, 2021 as compared to Rs 102.56 cr for the quarter ended December 31st, 2020, a rise of 75.34%
  • Consolidated Net Profit (loss) for the quarter ended December 31st, 2021 stood at (Rs 38.56) cr, a fall of 59.51% as compared to (Rs 95.24) cr posted in the quarter ended December 31st, 2020
  • The Company sold 0.67 mn sq. ft valued at Rs 348.08 crore in Q3 2021-22
  • The Company delivered 0.56 million sq. ft. in Q3 2021-22 and 1.74 mn sq. ft in 9M 2021-21.

Commenting on the Q3 FY22 results and way forward, Mr. Atul Banshal, Director Finance, Omaxe Limited said:

"The festive quarter has shown good growth in home sales across geographies. The demand has been broad-based and on a consistent upward trajectory. For Omaxe, new customers with niche taste have contributed to the demand in State Capitals and Tier 2/3 cities. As a result, cities like Ludhiana, Lucknow, New Chandigarh, Indore etc. have shown faster and strong recovery.

The 3rd wave of COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t deterred market sentiments and the real estate sector and the economy in general have displayed a good performance. With the focus of Government and businesses shifting into State Capitals and tier 2/3 cities, we are hopeful of good growth from these cities. In the coming months, the recovery will further strengthen and home sales and delivery will continue unabated."

  • Reported Consolidated Income from Operations of Rs 183.78 cr for the quarter ended September 30th, 2021 as compared to Rs 155.04 cr for the quarter ended September 30th, 2020, a rise of 18.54%. 
  • Consolidated Net Profit (loss) for the quarter ended September 30th, 2021 stood at (Rs 42 cr), arise of 45.16% as compared to (Rs 76.58 cr) posted in the quarter ended September 30th, 2020. 

Commenting on the Q2 FY22 results, Mr. Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Limited said "The economy, after a weak first quarter, is moving on an upward trajectory and this is quite an encouraging sign for businesses. The real estate sector has bounced back strongly in the post-COVID era. Market sentiments have shown greater desire on the part of homebuyers to own a home. Retail spaces are seeing an increase in footfall even as mall leasing is on the rise. Our Q2 results reflect the company’s sustained momentum over the past several years in both residential and commercial spaces in the cities where we are executing projects. Alltime low-interest rates, government incentives coupled with other favorable factors have been instrumental in driving demand."
